Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Understand the business of the client and be in alignment with the engagement processes. Deliver enhancements of simple-medium complexities catering to radiology practices by performing detailed analysis of user requirements and workflows including working on activities related to design, build, testing, implementation. Provide on-call support and resolve incidents reported by adhering to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines and escalate any quality issues or risks with team leads/scrum masters/project leaders. Resolve tickets/ break-fixes of all complexities with high quality user interactions and within the expected TAT. Adopt best practices while handling standard change requests or incidents by documenting appropriate work notes and user contact attempts. Work on day-to-day maintenance activities like resolving interface work queue errors and reduce the inflow of recurring errors. Understand and apply excellent documentation skills such as - Application understanding, change management etc. Be flexible in owning deliverables and working as per team requirements. Collaborate regularly with on-site client, team members, functional SMEs, third party applications and integration engines like Rhapsody. On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization.

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry-and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.

Qualifications

Required
  • 1-2 years of recent experience on Epic Radiant/Cupid Support & Maintenance
  • Must have a current Epic Radiant/Cupid Certification
  • Understand hospital operations and US Healthcare workflow
  • Ability to document healthcare application process flow
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, MBA or any medical background/related field, or equivalent experience
  • Limited Immigration Sponsorship may be available.
  • Role is remote
Preferred
  • Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
