Are you passionate about transforming healthcare and making a tangible difference? We’re looking for a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join our client’s team and drive change across the healthcare landscape.

Our client is currently in the pre-launch phase. They are a novel digital health platform that translates evidence-based interventions into a streamlined tool to reduce patient appointment no-shows in healthcare.

While our client is headquartered in NYC, the Enterprise Account Executive can be remote within the United States. As an Enterprise Accountant Executive, you will be critical for the Company’s expansion into health systems and health insurance companies with a new enterprise product suite that emerges from a multi-year R&D effort. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will work closely with our marketing, product development, and research teams.

Responsibilities:

Leveraging our client’s #1 position in the medical education field, the Enterprise Account Executive will carry out these key responsibilities:
  • Achieve a sales quota of $1M in year 1
  • Monitoring sales activities, tracking progress toward sales goals, and preparing regular reports and updates for management on sales performance, trends, and opportunities
  • Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively seeking out
    new potential enterprise clients through networking, referrals, and market research
  • Actively monitor procurement opportunities as well as competitive intelligence in the marketplace
  • Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that meet both parties’ objective

Working closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment in strategies and seamless delivery of products or services to clients

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in securing 6-figure SaaS-based contracts with healthcare systems and/or health plans
  • Highly familiar with delivering solutions in one or more of these categories: professional development and educational offerings; SaaS products and services that involve change management, regulatory compliance, and language access solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, public health, healthcare, or other related discipline


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sold language access solutions (interpreter service or software) to assist patients who are not native speakers of English

Our client’s suite of adherence tools and data dashboards allow clinics to iteratively refine their patient interventions to see the greatest impacts on adherence, health outcomes, and financial metrics. Their unique approach to behavior change was developed under a research initiative funded by the National Institute of Nursing Research, a division of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), to go beyond appointment reminder systems and address the complex factors resulting in missed appointments.
