Enterprise Data Integrations Manager

Our client in the cruiseline industry is looking for a Manager of Enterprise Data Integrations to join the Enterprise Data Management team. This person will be overseeing a team of 6 data integration specialists, leading the design and implementation of data integration solutions across various platforms and systems and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. This person will also be coordiating with other technical teams and business stakeholders to define data integration requirements and priorities, adhering to Agile principles to facilitate adapative planning, and collaborative approach to proeject execution, as well as developing and maintaining documentation for data integration processes, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizations standards and regulatory mandates.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in data integration, data management, or related.
Previous managerial experience overseeing and working alongside a team of technical professionals
Strong technical acumen: leading developers, building applications, engineered systems, written systems, Python, Developed code SQL store procedure, ETL tools, C#, Java, Powershell, data manipulation in relation to database systems
