An employer is looking for an Enterprise Imaging Specialist (Ancillary Systems). This individual supports the implementation of various enterprise imaging applications and integrates those systems. They translate sophisticated operational requirements into application functionality. Independently managing a portfolio of medium to large-scale and complex work projects, they ensure the discovery and technical design documentation of product requirements is completed. Additionally, they oversee the design and troubleshooting of interfaces, as well as the development and execution of test plans. Coordinating internal and client training programs is also part of their responsibilities.

The specialist provides intermediate-level expertise based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements. They handle the resolution of maintenance or improvement issues assigned by the EIS (Enterprise Information Services) team. Furthermore, they make modifications to existing applications to effectively achieve desired objectives. Strong engagement with stakeholders, including teams across various departments and vendor suppliers, is essential for application support. This position is Hybrid/Remote - meaning mostly remote but on-site as needed. Must live in CA, AZ, NV, OR, TX, CO, MN, FL, or GA

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare information systems.
- Sophisticated technical and functional knowledge of assigned information systems.
- Project management experience leading projects in previous roles.
- HS Diploma

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Preferred experience in RadOnc (Radiology Oncology), Neurology, Endoscopy, GI, and Surgery (using systems like Mosaiq, Eclipse, Cadwell, Xltek, Provation, Vaultstream, StreamConnect).
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or a related subject area (preferred).
- CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional) preferred
