Procom is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Mobility and End User Services Architect to establish technical strategies, define enterprise architectures, and lead architecture roadmaps. This role involves providing technical guidance and training to implementation teams and serving as a technology and best practices evangelist.

Job Summary: As an Enterprise Mobility and End User Services Architect, you will be responsible for producing scalable, maintainable, dependable, and secure technical architectures that enhance digital user experiences. You will advise on architectural decisions regarding platforms and supporting technologies and represent the organization in delivering mobility and end user solutions.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with domain experts to plan, design, and implement architectures that support organizational strategies.
• Provide subject matter expertise in mobile technologies and system integration to develop end-to-end client solutions.
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for end user software, hardware, and interoperability across platforms.
• Define organization's technology strategies and select technology assets for end user tools.
• Create architectural documents that outline efficient, sustainable, and adaptable solutions to meet current and future needs.
• Implement architectures that support secure and efficient IT environments aligned with business goals.
• Keep abreast of technology trends and share insights on end user technologies.
• Provide architectural guidance on enterprise-wide projects and support technology leaders with new technology designs.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal design teams to influence new features and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of negotiating and building consensus.
• TOGAF Certification or equivalent.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strong drive for innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools.
• Demonstrated experience in IT security best practices, particularly related to end user solutions.
• Experience with cloud services integration, Microsoft Windows endpoint management tools like SCCM, WSUS, or ServiceNow.
• Experience in developing and presenting engineering designs and diagrams.
• Knowledge of business and technical requirements analysis, process modeling, and data mapping.
