Entry Fitter/Welder

Trinity Heads, Inc. is hiring an Entry Fitter/Welder at our Navasota plant. Our products are an integral part of the supply chain that helps fuel our lives and our economy. E ntry Fitter/Welder:

• This team member will use jigs/holding fixtures to lay out parts according to blueprints, layouts, schematics or work orders, and use welding equipment to join the material.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications and performs minor maintenance to equipment.
• Transfers product using overhead cranes
• Operates overhead cranes.
• Operates MIG welding equipment.
• Uses basic measuring devices, such as tape measure, and has working knowledge of shop math.
• Performs housekeeping and maintains all required records.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Required:

• -Proficiency in MIG welding
• -Overhead crane experience
• -Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic shop math
• -Safely and efficiently perform all essential functions
