As and in office IT Support Technician, you'll provide quick and courteous technical support to employees. You'll troubleshoot operational issues, install/update required hardware and software . The ideal IT Support Technician candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver.Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees over the phone .
• Resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner .
• Help employees maximize IT uptime and performance .
• Moving IT equipment .
• PC Deployment (installing software, setting up the hardware, monitors, docks, cables, phones, etc.) .
• iOS Device Deployment .
• Audio /Video testing and support .

E ducation/ C ertification Requirements:

• 1 year IT support experience preferred.
• Degree in IT preferred but not required .
