Entry Level Instructional Designer

Position description:

The Reynolds and Reynolds Internal Training department is dedicated to helping associates grow throughout their careers. As an Instructional Designer, you will help ensure all of our courses are up-to-date, engaging, and compliant with our standards, playing a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our training materials. You will also create content for self-paced and live courses and stay current with emerging technologies to keep improving our training's impact.

A successful Instructional Designer is motivated and detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. They will also approach collaboration and challenges with a positive mindset and attitude.

Training:

Your training will consist of learning our current content and working closely with training management and instructors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in instructional design or educational technologies helpful
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
