We are looking for a highly-motivated and client-focused Entry Level Water/Wastewater design engineer in El Paso, to support our regional team.

If you are a driven individual who has a good understanding of engineering principles, theories, and concepts and has a strong desire to work on the planning, design and construction of water distribution and wastewater conveyance, pump stations, stormwater infrastructure, and water and wastewater treatment projects, we want you to grow with us.. Working with other members of our team, this position will support mid and senior level engineers and project managers to conduct evaluations, engineering reports, planning documents, designs, and construction management services.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong interest and basic knowledge of engineering principles and technologies required to support planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance of water & wastewater infrastructure
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to develop competence in a broad array of engineering related tasks

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and pdf editors (BlueBeam preferred)
• Prior work or internship experience in engineering or construction
• Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate
