You will provide technical assistance and guidance to consulting engineers, communities, officials, and the public. You will participate in marketing and planning meetings and provide project specific assistance in the development of facilities' plans and designs. You will perform construction management activities and recommend actions to be taken by the agency, following through the approval and execution of projects from the pre-bid stage through to construction completion.

As environmental specialist, you will coordinate project reviews with other project team members, consultants, public officials, and other state and federal agencies, maintaining accurate paper and electronic project files to document project actions.
