Position Details:
• Title: EPI Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician (7 openings)
• Location: Durham, NC
• Shift: openings for 3 day, and 4 nights
• Day shift- works a Red or Blue Day 2-2-3 schedule from 7a-7p
• Night Shift- either work a Front End Nights (Sun, Mon, Tues, Every Other Saturday) or Back End Nights (Wed, Thurs, Fri, Every Other Saturday) schedule from 7p-7a
• Compensation: $28-29, plus that shift diff for 5% on day, and 15% for night.

Position Description: As the Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Technician responsible for performing equipment start-up, modifications, upgrades, troubleshooting and maintenance on production and R&D systems. This role will interact directly with equipment engineering, process engineering, and other groups to meet Company goals. This person will be responsible for a diverse mixture of actives with a strong emphasis on hands-on mechanical assembly, high-vacuum systems and electrical work.

Requirements:
• Veteran profile - Nuke MM, MM, Aviation Mechanic, or equivalent veteran tech with industry experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Mechanical background - because of the uniqueness of the equipment, you will not possess prior experience on these tools
• Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
• Must be physically able to lift to waist level and carry up to 40 pounds
• Must be physically able to climb, stoop, bend, kneel, and crawl to reach work
• Organized, neat, detail-oriented, conscientious, and thorough
• A team player mentality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• PC and Microsoft Office suite experience
• Ability and willingness to work a 12-hour night shift in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility in your work schedule and the ability to work overtime on short notice
