This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Towne Centre Drive and remote.

DESCRIPTION

We are a small team dedicated to providing an excellent Epic training experience for our front-line clinicians. We pride ourselves in taking ownership of our work, supporting each other every step of the way, and providing outstanding customer service. We work hard but we also love to have fun, celebrate each other, and build strong relationships.We are currently recruiting for an Epic Credentialed Trainer/ Training Assistant to help grow our team.

The Epic Credentialed Trainer is responsible for:
  • Facilitating interactive Epic classroom training sessions, virtually and in-person (as needed)
  • Providing 1st level support and computer troubleshooting for registered trainees
  • Reconciling classroom rosters and sending email communications
  • Assisting during Go Live events and providing on-site support (as needed)
The Epic Training Assistant is responsible for:
  • Supporting our Epic Training Coordinator with administrative tasks
  • Addressing training registration requests in ServiceNow
  • Maintaining data in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Ideally, the duties of the Epic Credentialed Trainer and the Epic Training Assistant will be split in a 50/50 fashion throughout the work week. Other related duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Six (6) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus two (2) years of related experience/training.
  • Ability to deliver technical training to system end-users.
  • Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate classroom, on-line and one-on-one training.
  • Analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively adapt to changing curriculum.
  • Effective organization skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and other systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to work independently and within our team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Must be able to work various hours and locations based on business needs.

Pay Transparency Act

Annual Full Pay Range: $67,200 - $119,600 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%)

Hourly Equivalent: $32.18 - $57.28

Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
