Epic Radiant and Cupid Senior Analyst

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

• Complete Epic support for client to include incident support, optimizations, projects, SU and Upgrades and maintenance work
• Epic support role for Radiant and Cupid, to include on-call support on a weekly rotating basis
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

We advise, design, implement, and deploy innovative and technology enabled solutions focused on "heart of the business" issues in specific sectors including Health Care & Life Sciences, Digital Banking & Payments, Investment & Wealth Management, Insurance, Telecom, Media and Energy & Resources.

Our OTT team brings clients the knowledge of industry leaders who understand the relevant processes and technologies for their industry-and apply them with a process and mindset that tailors transformational change to their specific organization.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Must be Certified and be an experienced analyst in Epic Radiant
• Experienced in Epic Cupid, certification preferred but not required
• Strong experience in Epic support, optimizations and project work
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

• Knowledgeable and experienced in other Epic Inpatient modules, such as Epic Optime
• Microsoft Office and Google Suites experience
• Experienced in ServiceNow
• Strong desktop skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Work Experience/Direct Knowledge of clinical area or business area to be supported
• Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent Written and Communication Skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
