The City of Phoenix Enterprise Information Technology Services department is hiring for an E-Provisioning Administrator. In this role you will be responsible for managing the existing integrated account-provisioning solution(s). You will be the project lead for selected identify-centric solutions with roles in requirements gathering, design, and implementation. You will be part of the Identity Management Specialists team with responsibilities in Active Directory, Privileged Access Management, Multifactor Authentication, and Access governance projects.

Additional responsibilities include:
  • Automate the provisioning of roles and security group assignments in Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory, based upon authoritative source data systems, PeopleSoft.
  • Define and apply attributes to accounts based upon source system data.
  • Day-to-day management of the City's Active Directory environment - 16,000+ users.
  • Provide second and third level technical support for department LAN Administrators.
  • Use scripting and other tools to develop reports.
  • Other responsibilities as requested by leadership.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Identity Management (MIM), AAD Connect.
  • Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking/process engineering.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communications skills.
  • Ability to solve technical problems especially related to data flow and data updates.

SALARY

Pay Range: $93,121.60 to $131,040.00/annually.

Hiring Range: $93,121.60 to $118,872.00/annually.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Two years of experience as an Information Technology Systems Specialist involving database management and on-line telecommunications.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or a related field.
  • Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:
  • Five years of experience as an Active Directory Administrator in an organization with greater than 1000 user objects.
  • Five years of experience managing a commercial e-provisioning application in an enterprise environment.
  • Four years of experience working with directory and IDM systems especially in the areas of account management.
  • Three years of experience utilizing scripting and programming languages to automate systems.
  • Three years of experience supporting a production Microsoft Identity Management implementation for a medium to large enterprise.
  • Three or more years of experience supporting Windows Servers in an enterprise environment.
  • Three years of experience developing scripts for Active Directory query and modification.
  • Experience in Information Technology, Information Security, and Identity Management (IDM).
  • Experience supporting Active Directory (AD) forests and domains.
  • Experience with Programming and Windows scripting: C#, PowerShell, etc.
  • Experience with ETL Tools (Pentaho Data Integration).
  • Experience designing, developing, managing, and supporting identity and access management products including Microsoft/Forefront Identity Manager, or a similar product from a competing vendor.
  • Experience with Software IDM Identity Panel Suite.
