• develop and close a pipeline of Fortune 250 and large pre-IPO companies on the Workplace solution
• represent UBS to equity plan prospects and customers while cultivating and maintaining decision maker relationships within large companies, focusing on HR departments, executives, and employee stock plan administrators
• generate strategic, long-term close plans for prospects and rally internal business partners to partner throughout the sales process
• represent sales efforts to senior executives at UBS and partner with senior executives where appropriate to assist in deal progression and closing
• lead prospect negotiations and align with UBS legal and compliance organizations to ensure a successful closing
• team up with our marketing organization on events and account-based marketing plans for target prospects as well as collaborate with other internal counterparts to ensure a complete solution for equity plan prospects and clients
• analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement
• identify issues that need to be resolved and collaborate on solutions as well as develop a direct knowledge of all UBS equity plan systems and setup procedures

Your team

UBS provides equity compensation plan administration and wealth management services to corporate plan sponsors and plan participants. Our goal is to: (1) provide effective corporate solutions to drive new and retain existing corporate relationships and (2) provide insight and advice to participants regarding their equity plan awards and broader financial wellness to drive additional wealth management business.

Your expertise

• deep understanding of equity compensation and plan administration
• ideally, 10+ years sales experience in equity compensation
• experience working with C-suite in Fortune 500 companies and proven track record closing business with Fortune 500 companies
• proven numeric, financial analysis, documentation and procedural skills required as well as excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
• demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active as well as able to prioritize and adhere to tight deadlines and collaborate across the organization and key stakeholders
• undergraduate degree in business, equivalent experience required; CEP designation or willingness to pursue
• able to apply knowledge in decision making situations and exercise sound judgment under pressure while also being able to think strategically to understand and prioritize client needs, all while bringing a positive, can-do attitude that motivates and inspires others
• team oriented with excellent service delivery skills and well organized and able to manage internal relationships with the Technology, Operations, and Service teams
• curious and passionate and strive for constant improvement as well as being committed to driving value for clients and effectively manage client expectations
• strong communicator with compelling presentation skills, including the use of technology to communicate complex technical topics in clear and easily understood terms
