Description

Summary : Direct the development, maintenance, and production support of commercial of the shelf applications and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and Upgrade solutions in ERP systems.
• Train users in application functionality.
• Provide end user support for application usage and troubleshooting.
• Maintain effective and collaborative relationships with functional leaders, partnering to develop technology roadmaps that support their strategic missions.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop solution plans which complete work efficiently and on time by setting priorities, establishing timelines, and leveraging resources.
• Meet with project stakeholders and DTA personnel to establish good working relationships and trust.
• Demonstrate consideration of novel solutions to new existing projects.

Qualifications

• ERP support/development Infor Syteline - Required
• Application implementation and/or support experience - Required
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects - Required
• SQL skills in Oracle environment - Desired
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field required.
