Salary range: $71,000 - $95,000
Trulite is GROWING!We are looking for an AX ERP Analyst focused on Customer Service This is a Remote position.
ERP Analyst will be responsible for supporting Trulite's operations. This will require training, documentation, project tracking, and control for assigned modules or systems, serving as a liaison between functional and technical resources to manage the development of new system functionality, upgrades, system modifications, and day-to-day problem analysis, issue tracking, and resolution.

- High school Diploma or equivalent
- ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding and experience with AX ERP systems

What you will be doing:
- Own the end-to-end process change and oversee/deliver socialization and training.
- Work with teams to drive a continuous improvement mindset.
- Work with all levels of the organization to introduce and implement changes in business processes and application practices affecting clients, including proposing system-related business processes and technologies.
- Develop test procedures to ensure existing system software and modifications meet user specifications.
