ERP Solutions Architect

Insight Globals Client is looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as the central point of contact for their corporate applications, including HR, Finance, and other critical systems. This role is pivotal in driving the modernization of their Finance Systems, including ERP modernization and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ERP environments, cloud architecture, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the central POC for corporate applications, including HR, Finance, and other systems.
Lead key initiatives in Finance Systems modernization, including ERP modernization and financial reporting.
Build and maintain relationships to gain visibility and information from the HR systems space.
Provide end-to-end understanding of ERP environments and SaaS solutions.
Architect solutions for cloud environments, specifically within AWS and GCP.
Develop strategies for migrating from PeopleSoft financial on-premises to cloud alternatives.
Understand and recommend the best integration methods, working closely with the middleware and architect teams.

Compensation Range: $140,000-200,000/annual salary.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years' experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
Strong understanding of ERP environments and SaaS solutions, including but not limited to: Oracle HCM and PeopleSoft financial systems.
ERP modernization processes
Expertise in cloud architecture, particularly in AWS and GCP.
Ability to articulate and strategize cloud migration plans.
Familiarity with integration methods and working with middleware teams.
