Position summary:

TS Tech will implement an updated Enterprise Solution system. As a Workstream Lead � Engineer to Release, you will be part of the team that implements this system. You will be responsible for learning and becoming a subject matter expert, participate in the design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different locations of TS Tech.
After the implementation, the Workstream Lead will support the business with change requests, provide training and ensure the implemented system is functioning as intended.

Qualifications/Essential Skills and Experience:

Education: Graduated from an accredited four-year college or university with a degree in Production and Operations Management, focusing on Quality Systemsor a closely related field or equivalent work experience in multiple areas.
Experience: Seven years or more of progressively responsible related experience in distribution, manufacturing, materials, logistics and/or finance and operations management and analysis. Five or more years of experience in leading teams and working in a matrixed (project) environment.
Skill Set: Effective written and oral communications skills with the ability to work across the organization. Knowledge of information technology and integrated enterprise resource applications. Learn quickly. Problem solving/root cause analysis. Experience in Training and Presenting, Fluency in English. Spanish or Japanese communication skills a plus, but not required.

Primary Position Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with Project Manager and team to assign and achieve project goals within available resource plans, and organizes workloads and project assignments; trains, motivates and evaluates assigned staff. In collaboration with Project Manager, reviews progress and directs changes as needed.
  • Ability to ask users about their processes and how they could be automated and improved
  • Ability to train end users of varied positions and levels of technical ability

  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
  • Travel to other TS Tech locations may be required, 25-50% of time.
  • Experience with enterprise systems, particularly with:

o Product Engineering
  • Entering part numbers, building bills of material (BoM) and setup routings
  • Manufacturing / Process Engineering
  • Physical assembly of the part

o Maintenance Engineering
  • All of the equipment and tooling used to manufacture the product. (Work Centers, setup time, etc.)

o Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Design Management (PDM) systems
