Work you'll do/Responsibilities

The ETL Middleware Administrator will be responsible for conducting data driven analysis of usage of detailed data elements across the business domain to provide optimal data provisioning patterns across the application space. They will be responsible for independently conducting quantitative analytics. They will lead efforts in development of new models, analytics processes, or system approaches. They will create documentation for all activities and may work with technology staff in design of any system to run models developed. They will perform current state data architecture and tooling assessment across all data domains supported by control functions. They will develop high level data master plan and a roadmap to advance data architecture and tooling strategy. They will establish data architecture and tooling best practices and participate in project architecture/ design review to ensure consistency and standardization.

• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

• Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement

• Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products

Qualifications

Required

• 8+ years' experience in ETL Development and Architecture.

• 8+ Years experience in Data Warehouse, Solution Design, and Data Analytics

• Ability to understand ETL Technical specifications and develop the code efficiently

• Ability to demonstrate Informatica Cloud features/ functions to achieve the best results

• Hands on experience performance tuning, pushdown optimization in IICS

• Exposure to Talend, GCP BQ, SQL, and UNIX scripting.

• Exposure to Python and Shell Scripting, Control-M, GCP Data Flow, GCP Composer is desired

• Ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners.

• Ability to collaborate with and lead multiple large multi-functional project teams for requirements & delivery.

• Experience working on an Agile project.

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

• Excellent Written and Communication Skills

• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
