Description:

This is a fully remote, anywhere in the USA, business analyst position that will work approximately 8-5pm.

This position will focus on our clinician dashboard and tcpa processes.

They will also support the phone ingestion process to ensure we are sourcing and utilizing phone numbers for outreach within compliance regulations.

They will work with team members to drive improvements in processes.

SQL and .Net skills are required for this role as well as ability to design, deploy and manage database ETL processes.

SSIS and / or Talend.

Education: Bachelors Degree
