**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) Functional Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing functional expertise and support in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our ETRM systems. This role requires regular travel between our Houston, TX, and Juno Beach, FL offices.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze and document business requirements for ETRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders, risk managers, IT teams, and external vendors, to gather and define functional requirements.
- Provide functional support and troubleshooting for ETRM systems, addressing user queries and system issues in a timely manner.
- Lead and participate in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ETRM systems and related applications.
- Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications, process flows, and other documentation.
- Conduct training sessions and create user manuals to ensure effective utilization of ETRM systems by end-users.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending improvements and optimizations as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in energy trading and risk management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in ETRM or related fields within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of energy trading, risk management principles, and renewable energy markets.
- Hands-on experience with leading ETRM systems (e.g., OpenLink, Allegro, Endur, or similar).
- Proficiency in business analysis, requirement gathering, and process documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between Houston, TX, and Juno Beach, FL.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in renewable energy markets and related regulatory environments.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
