Evening Nurse Supervisor

Job Title: Evening Nurse Supervisor (3pm-11pm Shift)

Location: Sun Harbor Healthcare, Port Charlotte

Salary:

• LPN: Up to $33 per hour
• RN: Up to $42 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage resident care plans to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate and supervise services to maintain a homelike atmosphere.
• Conduct regular rounds and assist with new admissions.
• Foster a team-oriented environment to enhance resident care.
• Monitor and address incidents, accidents, and complaints, implementing preventive measures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed RN or LPN in Florida.
• Minimum one year of experience in long-term care; supervisory experience preferred.
