This position is a fully remote - full time contract. The position will end at the end of November, but has a strong possibility of extending. Candidates can be based anywhere in the United States. No travel is expected, but may become a possibility in the future.

Our client is looking for an Event Management Support Manager that will have a lot of client involvement in numerous aspects of event execution. This person will support multiple complex (large-scale, executive-level) events simultaneously. Coordinate multiple aspects of event program including: Event planning Event execution (managing event assets, event up build-support, registration site build, logistics management, including venue selection, catering, invitation process, on-the-ground- planning, policy overview, etc). Conference sponsorships and speaking engagements Liaise with multiple stakeholders both inside client and with outside organizations /vendors Budget management. Post-event close /wrap (including event analytics, documentation, surveys, etc)

Qualifications:

Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) high level of proficiency required; experience with Microsoft Teams, Cvent and JiffleNow preferred but not essential.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55-$63 Per Hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
