Event / Trade Show Manager

Job Title: Event Specialist

Location: Boston, MA 02210

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Pay Rate: $42.00/hr.

Job Description:

• Will program manage small conferences and events.
• Wil collaborate with other program managers on the team and will support larger conference deliverables.
• Will be tracking the event budget and submitting invoices.
• During busy season (spring & fall) will assist with on-site execution
• Ability to multitask, juggle, prioritize and balance competing goals and projects.
• Expertise with events and/or marketing, ideally within the financial services industry
• CVENT and Salesforce experience.
• Bachelors degree with 2-3 years of event marketing and/or marketing communications experience
