EVM Analyst

One of our large aerospace clients is looking to hire Financial Analyts to join their teams in Philadelphia, Huntsville, New Orleans, Oklahoma City, or St. Louis. This role is needed to assist in Earned Value Management statement of work focused on material cost and schedule integration, including executing the material integration process providing traceability through the integrated master schedule. This role will require partnership and collaboration across multiple functions at Boeing including Financial Analysis (Compliance and Non-Labor verticals), Integrated Scheduling & Planning, Supply Chain, and our Control Account Managers (CAMs) to collect and pull data, analyze, and ensure compliant EV data on a monthly basis on several contracts including SLS, Weapons, and EPAWS. There will be a focus on clean up of DECM trips, assisting with re-plans per approved Pareto Analysis, and updating the budget baseline file post re-plan.

The day-to-day activities will include -
PBOM to control account reconciliation
DECM and compliant ACWP Reconciliation
Budget Baseline File Development in standard ingestion file
CSPR updates & re-plan with retro CDs
Material integration & traceability up through Integrated Master Schedule for all discrete material

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor degree required
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Earned Value Management
- Experience with material cost and schedule Integration
- Experience with Reconciliations (ACWP/ PBOM to control account)
- Experience with DECM compliance

- Experience collaborating across multiple functions Scheduling, SC. Control account management
