Overview

Under the direction of the EWP Operations Mgr. and through mentoring from individual EWP Center Managers, the PMT is responsible for mastering the duties associated with each position within an EWP Center. The PMT must also familiarize themselves with all aspects of people management

Internal Salary Range $55,000-65,000

External Salary Range $50,000-55,000

Monthly Quota Hits $500/700/1,000

50% travel

Responsibilities

Adhere to and enforce 84 Lumber Safety Standards

Adhere to and enforce 84 Lumber Policies and Procedures as set forth in the Associate Handbook

Work Safely with Quality and Efficiency

Dress in appropriate 84 Lumber Uniform and adhere to appearance standards

Learn the duties necessary to perform every position in the EWP center efficiently and correctly

Learn how to perform management duties

Familiarize self with current production practices and learn to form new ones

Qualifications

Able to operate a forklift

Able to stand for long periods of time

Able to lift 50 pounds

Must successfully pass 84 ‘s pre-employment process, including but not limited to math, PSI and drug tests as well as a background check

Must be willing to relocate

Must have good leadership skills

Must have good interpersonal skills

Must have excellent problem-solving skills
