The Administrative Assistant position with our client will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from the ground up.

This role will be responsible for:

Perform day-to-day administrative duties as required for executives as needed
Maintain Calendar(s)
Process Travel Requests as appropriate
Coordinate Materials for Business Meetings
Translate notes as needed
Capabilities Required

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience supporting executive level leadership
3+ years of experience in MS Office suite products
Fluency in English and Korean (to be able to translate)
Dependable
