Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important, as is a good sense of humor. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.
Key job responsibilities
• Proactively manage complex calendars with attention to detail, accuracy, and allocation of time to promote productivity and recognize the need to reprioritize as appropriate.
• Understand the business priorities and identify process improvements to create efficiency and scale for the executives and their leadership teams.
• Manage scheduling requirements for annual operational planning process, business planning and performance review cycles, and coordinate off-sites and team-based social events with associated budgets and logistics.
• Work in partnership with org leaders, functional business partners (e.g., Finance, HR, Marketing, etc) and other EAs to provide seamless support to the Director and teams.
• Plan executive domestic and international travel.
• Manage expense report coordination and submission.
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
• Be flexible in balancing competing priorities and demonstrate grace under pressure.
• Communicate clearly (written and verbal) and has strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate high judgment and decision making in an ambiguous environment.

- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
