Amazon Ads is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Assistant to support two directors on the BOLDX (Brands, OTT, Live Gaming, Display Advertising Experiences) Team. This role will support two leaders, 1) Director Product Management-Sponsored Brands and 2) Director Gaming & OTT Ads Products who oversee teams of 140+ employees in total. The right candidate will have a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and be customer service-oriented. The individual in this role requires the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams, and working closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. This candidate will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives and business partners. A successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, outstanding planning, time management, and organizational skills, will be tech-savvy, resourceful, creative problem solver, proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The candidate will act as the unifier of the team through team socials, events, and programs. This position requires the capacity to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships.

Key job responsibilities

Experience managing complex calendar requests, meeting invites and conference room logistics.

Experience in domestic and international travel management.

Processing expense reports for executives.

Managing large events and conference coordination logistics: agenda, meetings, catering, accommodations, and materials (e.g. summits, All Hands events, etc.)

Planning space for the team and facilitating office moves.

Boosting morale, recognizing outstanding efforts, having fun at work, and encouraging others to do the same.

Attending key meetings, tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, and following up on outstanding items.

Driving team activities (e.g., staff meeting agendas, weekly business reviews, team-building events, launch events and team recognition).

Managing workflows that require approvals. Identifying internal and external approaches to solve problems in a creative way.

Highly motivated, organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision.

A day in the life

This position requires working from the Seattle office a minimum of three days a week. Every day is different, but a typical day will involve managing a high volume of email, working with other Executive Assistants to schedule complex meetings, and partnering closely with executives and their business partners on projects and initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
