Executive Assistant, Finance Operations Risk \u0026 Intelligence

Finance Operations Risk & Intelligence, is seeking a self-driven, highly organized, resourceful, and proactive Executive Assistant to support two Seattle-based Directors.
Key job responsibilities
• The support and planning of several key finance deliverables
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items (including meeting notes and action items)
• Organize, prioritize and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure action required is addressed in a timely manner
• Coordinate global schedules and seamless meeting logistics, such as video conference and conference calls for internal and external meetings, staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, etc.
• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
• Document writing, editing, and readiness
• Ensure accurate archiving of departmental data on appropriate sites
• Management of team space, including moves and reconfiguration
• Expense reimbursement including report coordination, submission and issue tracking
• Have fun at work and help others do the same

About the team
Finance Operations (FinOps) supports Amazon globally by delivering finance technology solutions, corporate facilities, procurement services, and transactional finance. Working with Amazon's businesses, we strive to provide the best possible service to Amazon's customers, vendors, and employees, while also reducing costs and improving free cash flow.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience working with large global teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
