Executive Assistant to join our company at our Indianapolis Global Headquarters, supporting our newly formed Biologicals Business. Our Biologicals Business discovers solutions of natural origin and bring them to farmers to address their most pressing needs such as climate change or emerging new pests. This person will be an intricate part of the global leadership team who makes decisions for the business. This position will require overtime as our business is global and constantly evolving while our team is growing. What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate travels and meetings for the Biologicals Leadership team
  • Plan and organize the global leadership team meetings; lead other administrative professionals around the world to coordinate execution of those meetings
  • Review and approve expense reports submitted to the General Manager of the business
  • Maintain extreme confidentiality as you review and filter HR requests submitted to the General Manager
  • Manage and coordinate payment of Purchase Orders for the business
  • Manage and file legal documentation per the direction of the legal counsel
  • Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager
Qualifications

What Skills You Need:
  • You care about serving your client base to clear roadblocks as they arise and ensure smooth administrative operations!
  • You are a computer Guru! Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), computer applications, SharePoint, etc. You name it, you rock it!
  • You have a High School Diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of Administrative, Customer Service, Executive Assistant or other related experience.
  • You enjoy working with diverse groups of stakeholders and you do so effectively with your excellent interpersonal and communication skills!
  • You value serving the business and our customers, so you are willing and able to work overtime as needed.
  • You respect yourself and others and have a strong ethical mindset, therefore you are able to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Your attention to detail and organizational skills are outstanding!You have good verbal, interpersonal, and writing skills.
What Makes You Stand Out:
  • Associate's Degree and 1-3+ years of Administrative, HR or other related experience.
  • Project coordination experience.
  • Ability to prioritize.
  • Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese
  • Time management skills.
  • Records management skills.
