Executive Assistant, Regional Operations

The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support three Directors on our AMZL Regional Operations team in Nashville, TN.
This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. This EA will support three Directors in Florida with a combination of about 5,000 people rolling up to these directors. Handling each executes complex schedules with a sense of urgency. Work will include managing schedules/calendars with no conflicts, making travel arrangements, organizing team leadership meetings, planning/executing leadership engagement activities and supporting the orchestration of various activities which help the director achieve operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
• \tThis position has an in-office requirement of at least 3 days a week.
• \tComplex calendar management and scheduling of internal meetings
• \tManaging travel bookings
• \tSubmitting expenses
• \tOrganizing, executing, and assisting with team activities (meeting agendas, town hall meetings, off-sites/summits, and team social events)
• \tMulti-tasking during ad hoc projects and ensuring successful follow up of action items
• \tAssisting with a wide variety of day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf of the Directors
• \tOrganizing Director's agendas and ensuring the smooth-running of their work in an ever-changing environment where priorities can change rapidly
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
- High school or equivalent diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Impeccable attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
- Experience designing and implementing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
- Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Demonstrated understanding of business structure as well as the desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly
