Our client, a Global Non-Profit, focused on Green Energy is seeking a Full-Time/Permanent Executive Assistant to support two of its C-Level Executives, including the Chief Partnerships Officer and the Chief Development Officer, and also act as Project/Team Coordinator. This position will be based in their NYC office. Candidates must have a minimum of 5-10+ years of applicable C-Level executive administrative experience ideally working for a philanthropic/not for profit organization, government agency/entity, and/or for-profit corporation. Candidate must also have GLOBAL project management and team coordination experience. Ideal candidates should be extremely polished and professional as this will be a very external-facing role with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written). They must be extremely flexible, solutions-oriented, good at problem solving and collaborating with others, and comfortable working with all levels of an organization.   • Salary depends on experience (100-115k base), plus paid overtime (after 35 hours). Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level executive administrative support to 2 C-Level Executives.
  • Schedule and organize extensive internal and external meetings, conference/video calls, events/conferences, and appointments; create agendas and prepare and distribute meeting materials; manage and maintain busy and ever-changing calendars.
  • Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries, including flights, hotel accommodations, car services/ground transportation, visas, etc.
  • Prepare, process, and submit expense reports.
  • Responsible for project management, including keeping track of projects, running meetings, following up, communicating with involved parties, planning ahead, anticipating needs, etc.
  • Liaise with team members to follow up on tasks, deadlines, timelines, and troubleshoot accordingly.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-10+ years of C-Level executive administrative experience, ideally working for a philanthropic/not for profit organization, government agency/entity, and/or for-profit corporation.
  • Strong global project management and team coordination experience.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred/required.
  • Extremely polished, forward-facing, and professional.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities; good at collaborating; solutions oriented.
  • Ability to have "finger on the pulse" and being aware of where everyone is and what is happening at all times.
  • Comfortable working with all levels of an organization.
