Responsibilities

An emerging Health Care facility, Southridge Behavioral Health, is excited to be bringing to West Michigan superior evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of behavioral health issues. As a part of our continued success and growth, we are seeking qualified applicants for a full time Executive Assistant to the CEO position:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO will run the daily functions of:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings and travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Drives, in partnership with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the Service Excellence programming, including but not limited to coordinating committee efforts, training and communicating with staff concerning service expectations, best practices, and collaborating for solutions to address patient issues.
  • Serves as the Medical Staff Liaison. Coordinates current medical provider schedules, meetings and provides for ongoing communication between hospital administration, staff and medical providers.
  • This role is also responsible for Hospital bylaws, reviews including credentialing and ongoing collaboration with providers and facility.
  • Coordinates for initial requests and ongoing management of the medical staff credentialing files, standards and facilitating CAMS submission.
  • Vendor contract management and maintaining of all licenses.
  • Prepares and maintains hospital reports, appointments and committee scheduling and minutes at the direction of the CEO and Vice President.
  • Coordinate logistics for board meetings, Senior Leadership meetings and other important events.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Participates in hospital committees as assigned.
  • The essential job functions of this position are not limited to the duties listed above.

    Qualifications

  • High-school education require, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three years administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer, web browser and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability.
