Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the VP & Executive Director of Health IT, ensuring efficient operation of the executive's office. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Hybrid/Remote (in office 1-2 days a week)
  • *In office days will vary for Special Project and Go Lives
  • Monday-Friday 8:30-5

Education:

Requires two years college level coursework, technical business school or equivalent. Additional experience may be substituted for education. (Equivalency Formula: Related experience beyond minimum training experience qualifications may substitute for formal education requirement on a two-years experience-for-one year education basis.)

Work Experience:

Five years of related experience.

Salary Range: Minimum 21.67 per hour - Maximum 35.78 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
