This position is willing to pay 80-85K annually depending on experience.

As the Executive Branch Director, you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the performance optimization and future success of your assigned branch(es) by providing leadership and direction. This individuals oversight will ensure the delivery of quality services that align with the strategic direction of Bethany, while also ensuring sound financial performance and operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

Masters level degree in Social Work, Human Services, or equivalent field of study from an accredited college;
Active professional licensure for the respective region (i.e. LCSW - C, LISW, LMSW), required if applicable based on licensing;
At least seven (7) years of experience overseeing child and family welfare programs with demonstrated leadership, management, and budget development experience;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Demonstrated clinical, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills;
Ability to work independently and exercise a high level of confidentiality;
Demonstrated understanding of and a strong commitment to Bethanys values and unique identity;
Demonstrated commitment to high professional, ethical standards, with a high level of personal motivation, integrity and initiative;
Demonstrated track record of success in reaching financial goals through solid revenue and expense planning, program administration, and fund-development;
Proven ability to create and execute strategic and operational plans, programs, policies/procedures in accordance with state requirements and community needs;
Computer skills sufficient to perform essential functions including knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
