- Supervise and mentor culinary team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into menu offerings.
- Drive achievement of food and labor targets, optimizing operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards, ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients and guests, delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Manage inventory levels and procurement processes to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce standardized recipes and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
