KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Director, KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) Chief Financial Officer to join our KDN organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee finance operations, including various teams such as audit, advisory, tax and legal, financial reporting, accounting, procurement, and in-house tax
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with long-term objectives and growth aspirations
  • Restructure and optimize financial systems and processes to adapt to the dynamic nature of a startup environment and build a strong financial infrastructure
  • Lead the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy, including long-term planning, forecasting, risk management, and compliance
  • Manage Mergers and Acquisition initiatives, including target identification, due diligence, valuation, and integration planning
  • Develop and lead a global finance team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning

Qualifications:
  • Minimum fifteen years of recent experience as a CFO or Finance Leader within a global business, with expertise in financial management and accounting principles
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience in a relevant field such as accounting or finance
  • Extensive knowledge of regulations, best practices, and GAAP
  • Experience in identifying, acquiring, and implementing ERP systems, as well as managing Mergers and Acquisitions, and include long-term financial planning
  • Strong presentation skills; able to effectively communicate financial information to the board; skilled in building and implementing finance processes and controls in a global organization, with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strategic mindset focused on optimizing market opportunities and establishing sustained competitive advantages
