Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials while preserving complete confidentiality.
  • Experience in strategic or executive communications, with the ability to translate complex, ambiguous topics to stories that spark an audience.
  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and job functions at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Ability to perform executive-based takes and comfortable working globally across time zones.
  • Ability to think strategically, see the big picture and jump into the details.


About the job

In this role, you will be supporting a leader who is running a global business and should be comfortable operating at this level. In particular, you will be the main point of contact for this leader as it relates to their North American engagements and Office priorities. The expectation is that you would be the primary 'on the ground' support for the President during visits. You would also be on point for the preparation required in the run-up to such visits and any follow up activities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive the planning to ensure the President's limited time is optimized for impact and be available to provide support to them.
  • Support the President in customer and other engagements such as creating/reviewing briefs, joining meetings, taking notes, drafting follow-up emails, and ensuring agreed actions are delivered.
  • Take initiatives of importance that are time critical and highly confidential.
  • Lead the business priorities of Google Cloud Go-to-Market, and ensure they are reflected in decisions that you make.
  • Be an ambassador for Google's culture and provide guidance to the President around culture engagements and messaging.
