Meta is seeking a strong project manager and operator to join the team supporting our CEO. This person will lead various projects, manage preparation and the deliverables for a variety of meetings and events, and contribute to medium and longer-term projects that require collaboration across product and business teams. A successful project manager will be detail-oriented, highly-organized, strong in project management, able to shift seamlessly between more complex project planning and straightforward, daily tasks and have excellent communication. This is a full-time position located at our headquarters and reports to the VP, Executive Operations in the CEO's office.

- Lead planning and execution of recurring and ad hoc executive and leadership meetings
- Partner on planning and execution for travel to external events and partner meetings
- Work directly with leaders and across teams to draft and prepare content and design workback plans for meetings and events in collaboration with the VP of executive operations
- Support external relationship management for the CEO and maintain tools and systems to coordinate and track the CEO's engagements with internal and external stakeholders across teams and time zones
- Project manage priority workstreams, build decision-making frameworks, manage deliverables, and coordinate and schedule follow-ups
- Partner cross-functionally with scheduling, logistics and travel advance within the CEO's office, as well as with internal teams
- Drive execution of projects for the VP of Exec Ops and CEO
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 12+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, strategy and operations, or research
- Experience working directly with management as well as people at all levels, including executive and C-suite level, internally and externally
- Experience working in a highly cross-functional, team environment
- Experience building presentations in Keynote and/or PowerPoint and compiling briefing materials
- Experience managing multiple tasks under timelines, shifting priorities, and acting proactively
- Project management and communications (long- and short-form) experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with scheduling and advance functions
- Experience in communications, policy, or research/analytics
- Experience successfully collaborating across their own team and with cross-functional partners
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment
