Executive Technical Support

Insight Global is seeking an Executive Technical Support Analyst. This role will be support the Executive Suite at one of our top clients.

Salary: 100K- 120K

Required Skills & Experience

Proficiency in IT systems such as Outlook, Teams, Mac, iPhones, as well as various other hardware, software, networking, and cloud technologies and apps used by the executive
Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection measures
Expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving IT-related issues quickly and efficiently
MAC products and peripherals, as well as MAC OS/JAMF familiarity
Initiative minded; anticipating and preventing issues before they arise
Ability to lead or contribute to projects, ensuring they align with executive goals and timelines
