SAIC is seeking an Expeditionary Force Protection Program Analyst to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to government leaders. Support includes coordinating rapid research and development (R&D) projects, soliciting end-user requirements, and analyzing technical proposals. This position will be working in the area of Expeditionary Force Protection for an organization that rapidly identifies and develops irregular warfare capabilities for the Department of Defense and the other Government organizations. The Expeditionary Force Protection team primarily focuses on Subterranean Warfare; Blast Effects and Mitigation; Screening, Observation, Detection, and Protection; and Maritime Security. SAIC is seeking an individual with a strong interest in rapid technology development in support of military operations and combatting terrorism, and the ability to work in a fast pace, high demand team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities to include:
- Provide technical advice and assistance on assigned R&D project portfolio.
- Ensure successful execution and delivery of multiple research and development projects.
- Develop procurement packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations including Statements of Work, Technical Evaluations, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.
- Facilitate and manage an R&D portfolio at a programmatic level, in close coordination with a Government Program Manager.
- Support operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts.
Required Skills:
- 5 Years of recent experience in an engineering endeavor.
- 5 years of experience in military operations or similar experience.
- 5 years of experience developing or using screening, observation, detection, or protection technologies as they relate to facilities, infrastructure, maritime, or subterranean domains.
- Bachelor's Degree & 6+ years of experience; OR Master's Degree & 4+ years of experience.
- Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
- 10+ years of experience in military operations or similar experience.
- 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- 2 years of experience with government contracts/acquisition.
- TS/SCI clearance.
