Insight Global is seeking two Experience Design Strategists to join a consumer facing design team. This team will be working to support a recently launched initiative aligned to a customer centric portfolio, so candidates must have a strong understanding delivering design work focused on B2C web and mobiles services, platforms and products. We are seeking candidates with a background in experience design, customer journey strategy with web and mobile sales and service journey's Understanding customer insights when it comes to experience design or service design would be helpful for the role. This candidate will be supporting stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and business units to connect insights and use them to implement design strategy across customer digital journey touchpoints. There will be some hands on designing when it comes to quick prototypes, journey maps based on their discovery with stakeholder interactions about product and customer journey's, as well as system based blueprints and artifacts for presentation to product partners/leadership. This candidate will be a key part in representing the Experience Design team to help facilitate alignment on design solutions for a new program that has been put in place. Candidates should have a strong background understanding large ecosystems of customer facing products with multi step journey's, as well as established relationships cross functionally to help others understand design in the experience design lifecycle. This candidate should be curious, ask great questions, function both collaboratively and independently, as well as be comfortable with outreach and organization of multiple groups.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of Experience Design, Design Strategy or Service Design experience
Experience with strategy sessions and working with stakeholders, building stakeholder relationships to align on design initiatives and decisions
Strong understanding of Service design and UX processes - customer journey's when it comes to UX designing
Hands on with system based blueprints, journey mapping and flows, information architecture, quick prototyping
Hands on building Google Slide decks to present design findings, solutions and story tell to other stakeholders so they understand the design ecosystem
Knowledge of customer centricity
Portfolio with up to date work that shows process and full work flow

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Understanding of customer facing products and product taxonomy
