Insight Global is looking for 4 Experience Designers to do end to end product design for a portfolio of work that supports a customer facing applications. This team will be working to support a recently launched initiative aligned to a customer centric portfolio, so candidates must have a strong understanding delivering design work focused on B2C web and mobiles services, platforms and products. Candidates need to be local to Basking Ridge, NJ or NYC, to work in a hybrid model. Candidates will be joining a Digital Channels team that supports different portfolios and work flows within the customer journey. The goal of the role is to help design current and futuristic features of the customer journey aligning to the sales and services funnels of the digital experience. It is an omnichannel environment, where there will be stakeholder meetings cross functionally with product, business, and technical partners.
This role is supporting consumer facing web and mobile applications, so candidates should understand the user and have experience designing applications that come from an e-commerce, sales or consumer services functionality. On a day to day basis, candidates will spend about 50% of their time designing, 25% of their time creating decks and working with stakeholders, and another 25% of their time concepting and innovating for future features. In this role candidates will work with a Design Strategist, design peers, and report to a Senior Director to support the end to end design process.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience as a Product, UX Designer or Service Designer in enterprise environments
Hands on with end to end UX design for consumer facing products, platforms or services
Strong documentation with full UX design process; user research, usability testing, flow charts, journey mapping, prototypes, wireframing, mockups, sketches, product briefings, product launch
Hands on with Figma
Advanced with design thinking, working in a design system, user centric approach to customer journeys and design problem solving
Experience with web and mobile application design -IOS/Android/Web UI Systems
Strong communication skills to work with stakeholders, present phases of design life cycle and design ideas/solutions
Portfolio that shows recent design work and full design process
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Designing for e-commerce, sales, services, or account management flows
IoT products AI/Innovation design Designing for a design system
