OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

At Johnson & Johnson, we have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Analyst, Manufacturing Pharmaceutical Process Operations, to join our team. As the Experienced Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and creating business dashboards for the PES organization. This includes OTIF, Account Plan, FFP, as well as PPM dashboards for Source and ISM platforms. Additionally, you will support ISM Platform Strategic Programs and ensure flawless maintenance of the Bridge QuickBase tool, troubleshooting, and new CMO onboarding. Your expertise will also contribute to PES Document Management, driving capability adoption, process adherence, and providing increased visibility of information. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain business analytics and report diagnostics for the PES Business Transformation team and other PES groups upon request.
  • Prepare, track, and communicate Business Transformation Platform Review Metrics, including Change Control, Fit for Purpose, Project & Portfolio Management, and Performance Management.
  • Review, analyze, and respond to Source/PES System/Process users within 24 hours of initial requests.
  • Automate reporting across the PES Business Transformation Landscape whenever possible.
  • Establish processes to ensure data accuracy and validate data as needed.
  • Monitor the entire lifecycle of PES Documents, from creation to effectiveness and obsoletion.
  • Manage training curriculum for the PES organization.
  • Document processes and procedures accurately.
  • Monitor documents lifecycle to ensure compliance with global and local procedures, as well as electronic Document Management System (eDMS) procedures.
  • Evaluate if a document needs to be assessed by PES Process Owner (PO).
  • Proactively follow up on SOPs and WIs Periodic Review with Document Owners.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all company policies and procedures.


Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience in engineering, business, finance, or supply chain also considered.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • Minimum of four (2) years of relevant business experience required.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or another relevant field is required.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel skills required.
  • Requires advanced MS Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, Data Validations list.
  • Strong communication skills required to effectively engage with individuals at various levels.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps and root causes of issues.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management skills are critical.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent focus on providing exceptional customer service.


Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of Planisware, QuickBase, and Power Automate is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of SUMMIT, TruVault, and TrackWise systems is a plus.
  • Working experience in an international/global environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively working remotely with business partners in a highly matrixed environment is preferred.
  • Project management or experience supporting projects preferred.
  • Experience with compliance management, portfolio management, and training systems management strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of Good Documentation Practices preferred.
  • Understanding of Quality and Compliance preferred.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat DC preferred.


Other requirements:

Up to 25% travel.

Additional Information:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000.00 to $97,750.00.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
