Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC equipment to produce precision parts
• Perform inspections using various tools
• Maintain equipment and workstations to standards
• Make recommendations for process improvement
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with CNC equipment and machining
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Solid track record of employment success
• Successful work experience operating CNC-controlled equipment to produce precision-machined metal parts, and setup experience is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to follow work instructions, operating procedures, and maintain equipment
• Experience with measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary
