Exploitation Specialist O-M or RDT-E Programmer Mid-Level:

Position Responsibilities O-M:

Maintain small-scale (less than 3 months) solutions tailored to meet specific customer requirements in mission- approved enterprise IT environments that adhere to rigorous organizational standards. Implement software adaptive maintenance and execute code management strategies. Provide subject matter expertise to guide organizational best practices. Maintain JEMA, or like systems, functional components in the JEMA, or like systems, visual programming environment. Adaptive maintenance and operational testing relevant technologies for applicability, feasibility, and utility against identified by stakeholder requirements. Maintain or enhance system integrations via API, RESTful service and other methods to enable ME/M2M interactions. Maintain testbeds to support operational scenarios, demonstrations, training, functional testing, and experiments specified by the Government. Provide technical expertise during project planning and execution of adaptive maintenance during production and implementation. Work with NGA Integrate Program Offices. Provide support for emerging requirements as assigned by the Government.

Position Responsibilities (RDT-E):

Design and modify small- scale solutions (less than 3 months) tailored to meet specific customer requirements in mission-approved enterprise IT environments that adhere to rigorous organizational standards and provide quick operational development to meet mission. Engineer, adapt and implement software testing and execute code management strategies. Engineer, enhance and implement new JEMA, or like systems, functional components in the JEMA, or like systems, visual programming environment. Design and implement system integrations via API, RESTful services, and other methods to enable ME/M2M interactions. Engineer, design, enhance and test testbeds to support operational scenarios, demonstrations, training, development, functional testing, and experiments specified by the Government. Coordinate and execute tasks in an AGILE development framework. Provide support for emerging requirements as assigned by the Government.

Mid-Level:

Implementing/Leading, ushering and executing tasks. These are positions that exhibit technical proficiency in the work and should be expected to work with minimal oversight and often lead smaller teams in their service execution. Should be fully capable of meeting most services without direction. Work products should demonstrate consistent high quality tradecraft application. Expected to assist lower-level personnel in developing tradecraft skills to meet work objectives. Expected to collaborate with Government and other stakeholders in the performance of services. Such collaboration should provide accurate technical information that contributes to synergized analysis that is better than the sum of the individual parts.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in common geospatial software applications and tools, such as Java, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, Git, MongoDB, Jira, CLI, Graph DB, Ruby, NodeJS, C, C++, PostGIS


Required Education and Experience:

  • High School
  • Some college education is desired but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years combined experience.


Security Clearance:

  • Active TS SCI and the willingness to take a polygraph if needed.
