The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program support contract provides knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO). Our services include program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, implementation of emerging capabilities and requirements, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support and IT training.

HOW OUR PROGRAM ANALYST / OFFICE MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Developing, drafting, writing and editing reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of our customer's requirements.
  • Maintaining logs, records, and files and producing reports to support program deliverables.
  • Understanding a technical environment and Labor Category (LCAT) requirements.
  • Interfacing with and onboarding all new program personnel, providing onsite administrative support for I-9 verification, badging, Project Work Authorization (PWA) forms, and DoD 8140 certification tracking.
  • Providing facilities support as Point of Contact (POC) for the landlord, coordinating any facilities issues, and maintaining fire safety personnel rosters.
  • Ordering supplies (including stocking and maintaining supply levels).
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings and social events.
  • Preparing and/or maintaining programming and operations documentation, procedures and methods, including user reference manuals.
  • Providing exceptional customer service.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required):
  • Security Clearance Level: Active Secret
  • Required Experience: 5 years of experience within large and complex enterprise/corporate environments.
  • Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundations.
  • Education: BA/BS degree. Allowable Substitution: 6 years of related experience or 4 years of related experience with an AA/AS degree.
  • Required Skills:
  • Proven ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets, analyze data, and provide recommendations based on analysis.
  • Experience with all M365 products, especially Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with developing documentation. Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively, work with minimal supervision, meet deadlines and produce quality work on multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Experience with reading and implementing DoD policies and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project, content and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a disciplined self-starter.
  • Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Location: Onsite in Arlington, VA, potential for some remote work.

The likely salary range for this position is $76,690 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
