Job Description

A Fabricator is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Read and interpret blueprint detail drawings and dimension styles
• Fabricate Parts to tolerance
• Update paperwork and reflect any changes
• Operate forklift and cranes according to safe operating procedures, including acquisition and maintenance training certificate
• Knowledge of and experience with operating a CNC hydraulic press brake.
• Knowledge of and experience with operating a hydraulic plate roll.
• Knowledge of and experience with operating a CNC plasma cutting machine.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance is critical

• Able to read blueprints
• Attention to detail
• Read 1/8”, 1/16”, and 1/32” gradations on tape measure
• Convert feet to inches and vice versa
• Convert Fractions to Decimals
